Rental / Lease agreement is a legal declaration to rent or lease a residential property such as condominiums, houses and etc.

Rental term is month to month commitment, it may be terminated by Landlord or Tenant by giving 60 days written notice to the other.
Lease term is fixed term , If Tenant vacate before the expiration of the term, Tenant shall be liable for the balance of the lease for the remainder of the term.
Payment interval can be monthly, weekly or daily, you also specify which day of month or week the tenant pay,
